Liam Brockbank

It was hailed as a coup by Phil Parkinson when he succeeded in prising Liam away from Lancaster City in the summer of 2022 and landed a youngster tipped for a bright future in the game.

A left-back with outstanding attacking ability, Liam was a double player-of-the-year winner in his final season at Lancaster and was attracting growing interest when Phil signed him and, at 21 years old, confirmed he would be first choice on the left of defence.
