Ticketing Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all match tickets purchased from Altrincham Football Club. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the conditions set out below.

1. Digital Tickets Only

All tickets are issued as digital tickets. No physical tickets are available for purchase or collection.

2. Ticket Delivery and Access

After purchase, tickets can be:

• Downloaded and printed for entry to the stadium
• Added to Apple iOS Wallet
• Displayed as a QR code on a smart device for scanning at the turnstile

Please note that Google Wallet is not currently supported.

It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ensure their ticket can be clearly displayed and scanned on entry.

3. Ticket Transfers

Tickets may be transferred to another person provided they fall within the same ticket category. For example:

• Adult to Adult
• Concession to Concession
• Junior to Junior

Tickets transferred outside of their original category may be refused entry with no refund issued.

4. Ticket Categories

Ticket categories and prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may include Adults, Concessions, Juniors and Hospitality where applicable. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to select the correct ticket category.

5. Use of Ticketing Platform

Tickets are issued and managed using the Evey Events ticketing system. Digital tickets and transfers are processed through this platform.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Tickets are non refundable except in the following circumstance:

• If a fixture is moved to an alternative date after tickets have been purchased

In this situation, customers will be entitled to a refund or the option to retain their ticket for the rescheduled fixture.

No refunds will be issued for:

• Failure to attend
• Weather conditions unless the fixture is officially postponed
• Incorrect ticket selection
• Device or battery failure on entry

7. Entry to the Stadium

Entry will only be granted on presentation of a valid digital ticket with a readable QR code. Each ticket is valid for one entry only. Any attempt to duplicate a ticket may result in refusal of entry.

8. Misuse and Fraud

Altrincham Football Club reserves the right to cancel any ticket believed to be:

• Fraudulently obtained
• Resold for profit without permission
• Used in breach of these Terms and Conditions

No refund will be issued in such cases.

9. Changes to These Terms

The club reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on the official website.
