WE make the short trip to the Crown Oil Arena Tuesday (7.45pm) as we look to bounce back in the Vanarama National League against Rochdale.
Alty (6th, 32pts) will be looking for an immediate response tomorrow night, after their 10-game unbeaten streak in the league was snapped by Eastleigh at the weekend.
An in-form Rochdale outfit (9th, 27pts) retain their own playoff ambitions, however, having picked up two wins in their last three league matches.
Rebuilding after defeat: “Play that game (tonight) five times over, ten times over, and we can come out on top. We will stick to what we do because that is what got us these results. The players have given absolutely everything, it was a long bit of travel, and it was a good performance – we are licking our wounds from that.”
Preparing for Rochdale: “Rochdale are a huge league club with lots of tradition and a great fanbase. I’ve been down a few times to watch them, and they really get behind them. They play Total Football as well so it will be a really good game, one that I am looking forward to.”
