About Us
Altrincham FC Women is an ambitious, forward‑thinking programme dedicated to developing young female players and providing a clear, sustainable pathway into senior football.
Following a landmark 2025/26 season, the club now operates a fully connected structure from Juniors through to the First Team. Our pathway is thriving, with the majority of First Team players aged under 18 and progressing directly from within the club.
The First Team delivered a record-breaking FA Cup run and attracted unprecedented attendances. Alongside this, our newly formed Elite U18s squad has already become a vital stepping stone into senior football.
We are committed to building a high-energy, player‑centred environment that prioritises learning, development and real‑game understanding. Coaches within our programme are supported, challenged and given meaningful opportunities to grow. We are especially passionate about supporting coaches who want to develop their craft, gain hands‑on experience and be part of a progressive, empowering environment.
