Georgia McKnight's second half strike at Stockton Town was enough to secure Altrincham FC Women a place in the Adobe Women's FA Cup First Round for the first time in team history.

The win for Daryll Abrahams' side, their third FA Cup victory of the the season after knocking out Macclesfield and Atherton LR, also means picking up prize money of £4,000.

The draw for the first round, which sees teams from tier three enter the competition, will take place tomorrow.
