Volunteer Office Administrator required

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to assist with administrative tasks within a vibrant office. This is a volunteer role at 12-16 hours per week for which the days are flexible. There are a number of benefits available such as free tickets to all Altrincham Football Club home matches.

Tasks

  • Welcoming customers and visitors
  • Customer facing role - answering calls and correspondence
  • Supporting with paying and filing invoices, as well as creating invoices to send
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Helping with paperwork
  • Receptionist activities
  • Support ticketing and retail administration
