WE are delighted to announce central defender Jake Cooper has signed a contract extension with the Robins.

A product of the Rotherham United academy, the 23-year-old has been an important part of Alty's success since committing to the club on a permanent basis at the start of the 2022-23 season.

Cooper has featured for the Robins on 46 occasions, scoring three times, including a spectacular left footed volley in September's 2-1 victory over Oxford City.
