Zak's avowed intent? To be a Pilgrim for the next month!

Zak Goodson has become the latest highly-promising young Altrincham player to further his development with a loan spell at another club.

Alty's free-scoring summer signing from Ilkeston Town has joined Vanarama National League North Boston United in a temporary deal that will run until November 27th.

The Pilgrims, who are managed by former King's Lynn Town boss Ian Culverhouse following the sacking of Paul Cox at the start of last month, are struggling in 20th place after winning just three times in 13 games so far.

But Zak's arrival should benefit them, as well as provide him with valuable minutes in the middle in a competitive environment, after he underlined his scoring prowess with a spectacular goal on his full debut for the Robins in the recent Cheshire Senior Cup win at Sandbach United.

As he prepares for a double header at the Jakemans Community Stadium against Chester tomorrow and Alfreton Town on Tuesday, everyone at the club wishes Zak a successful time with Boston and looks forward to welcoming him back to The J.Davidson Stadium next month.
