Everyone at Altrincham is proud and excited to welcome another nationwide success story with local roots to The J.Davidson Stadium, after award-winning childcare providers Kids Planet joined our portfolio of partners.

Lymm-based but with nurseries and pre-schools across England and Wales after a remarkable programme of growth and expansion over the past two decades, Kids Planet are the new sponsors of the club's highly-valued 100-plus army of volunteers.

The new arrangement will become highly visible, too, in the coming weeks, as our volunteers are kitted out in jumpers and gilets, with the Kids Planet logo on the back, as they undertake their duties in a variety of departments, from media, matchday operations, turnstiles, kiosks, hosting, club shop and merchandise to the fan zone, pitch maintenance and stadium upkeep.

Like Alty, Kids Planet is driven by continual improvement. We're proud to partner with a family-led group that puts early years education and care first, with nature-based learning, outdoor adventures and movement through play at the heart of every day.

It's a philosophy that has been in place since working mum Clare Roberts and her father John Hoban launched the business in 2008, and it has resonated with parents to such an extent that there are now over 250 Kids Planet nurseries dotted around the country, responsible for the care and education of over 40,000 children.

Offering exceptional early years education from birth to five years old, the first nurseries to open were in Warrington and Widnes, followed by Lymm and a year later Hale, and, more recently, another in Altrincham.
