Alty have been drawn against Newcastle United under-21s in the last eight of the inaugural National League Cup.

The tie will take place at The J.Davidson Stadium on a date to be confirmed in the coming days. Admission details will also be finalised and announced as soon as possible.

Qualification for the knockout stages of the competition was confirmed on Tuesday evening after Wolves' penalty shootout win over Rochdale ended both teams' hopes of qualification, leaving Alty clear in second place behind group winners Manchester United.
