Altrincham goalkeeper Matty Gould has today joined Ashton United on loan for a month.

The New Zealand international has been waiting in the wings after losing his place in the team following a nasty concussion and facial injuries suffered in the 1-1 draw earlier in the season.

Matty goes straight into Michael Clegg’s starting eleven for their clash with local rivals FC United and we wish him all the best!
