Joseph's Challenge - not long to go
THERE'S just over two weeks until Joseph takes on his No Limits challenge and the training's been continuing over the last week.
Fittingly given the Olympics is ongoing in Paris, Joseph has been training in France this week, where the heat has made running a little tougher. However, it has allowed for good practice for the last three runs of the challenge which will be in Como, Nice and Monaco. Early starts are definitely the way to go.
To mix the training up Joseph and family did a big bike ride with Joseph and Dad, Phil, sharing a tandem. Phil wasn't convinced Joseph was pulling his weight on the back, albeit a good strategy for conserving his energy for the task ahead - very smart!!!
On the fundraising front the No Limits challenge has broke through the £200k mark, which is an incredible achievement - but there's more fundraising to come.
We'll have several more high profile sponsors to announce in the next couple of weeks as the challenge nears it starting date. Not long to go now!!!
