Community Beer Festival | Saturday
WITH our Community Beer Festival fast approaching we begin an in-depth look at the weekend with a rundown of Saturday's schedule at the J.Davidson Stadium.
Our home will exploded into life across this weekend for one of the highlights of the summer. We're open from midday and entry is absolutely FREE.
Access will be via gate 3 | There is NO ACCESS to the pitch
Our Headliners
Headlining day one of the festival, in the Community Sports Hall from 8pm on Saturday (16+), are one of the UK's most popular ABBA tribute acts, Abberettes.
The Emirates FA Cup Final
Join us for the finale of the domestic football season as Manchester United and Manchester City battle it out at Wembley.
We'll have live coverage across seven screens in our Fan Zone and the CSH - kick-off at 3pm.
The Afternoon Line-up
In the Marquee (open till 11pm)
Appearing at 1pm and 3:30pm on Saturday, the vocal talents of Andrew Alty.
Appearing on the Saturday afternoon (2:30pm | 4:30pm) of this year's festival are local favourites The Flying Squad.
In the Fan Zone (open till 6pm)
On the bill early doors Saturday from 1-2pm are Michael and the Weltones.
Joining us on Saturday afternoon between 5-6pm are Thea Kate & The Mob.
The Beers
Local favourites Stubborn Mule are on the agenda, along with Fan Zone staples Pomona Island and Titanic, plus a scattering of national offerings in Wychwood, Brakspear, Jennings, Banks's, Courage and Ringwood.
We're also part of Sureshot's 'First Pour' event as they release three version of 'Tim The Human' this weekend.
There will also be a Gin & Prosecco corner.
The Food
We're delighted to welcome Little Red Pizza Co. (12-6pm) and Authentic Food Co. to the festival, along with all your local Altrincham FC favourites (12-9pm) and some added sweet treats.
(Just a note: outside food and drink are not permitted at the festival)
Children's Entertainment
We'll have bouncy castles, soft play, community games, face painting and a children's entertainer across the Community Sports Hall and VP Lounge across the afternoon.
