Wealdstone under the lights this midweek

Alty look to bounce back on Tuesday night as we face Wealdstone at The J. Davidson Stadium in the Vanarama National League (kick-off 7.45pm).
Midweek down Moss Lane
The Robins were on the end of a 2-1 defeat against in-form Aldershot in our previous league game. A competitive first half ended goalless, but a hectic 20-minute period helped Aldershot secure the points through Max Mullins late goal.
With that defeat, Altrincham are one place outside the play-offs, in eighth, having earnt 55 points from 36 games. Our next opponents are in 21st, inside the relegation zone on goal difference.
Wealdstone have struggled to find any consistency this season, and they have consistently been in and around the relegation zone. They won three games on the bounce in February, but have since played three without a win, conceding 11 goals in those games.
The thoughts of Phil Parkinson
“Another home game with the chance to get three points and a huge chance to turn our form around. We're not feeling sorry for ourselves... we're ahead of where we were last season in terms of points and if we can keep picking up points and get a few players back we remain confident going into the final 10 games of the season."
Earlier this season at Grosvenor Vale
December 2024 – Alty and Wealdstone played out a thriller in the previous meeting between the two sides.
Braces from Wealdstone’s Alex Reid and Altrincham’s Regan Linney were the highlight of the game, as the game finished 3-3.
