Four home wins on the spin have the Robins brimming with confidence going into Saturday's 12:30 kick-off at the J.Davidson Stadium against Aldershot Town.

Having competed well with league-leaders Boreham Wood last time out, Alty will be looking for another positive result to remain inside the playoffs.

"We're really looking forward to being back home in front of our fans again. We're still smarting slightly from last weekend's result, albeit very pleased with the performance the lads put in.

"The players had a really good week of training and we're ready to face Aldershot, who are a really strong team and have had a good start to the season.

"We know we're going to have to be at our very best to continue our really strong home form, however, we're going into every game high in confidence and we want to get back to winning ways."

Matchday at The J.Davidson Stadium

We open the turnstiles at 11am, with home fans able to enjoy the build-up to kick-off in the extended Fan Zone and CSH Bar.

Expect excellent beers from the likes of Pomona Island and Sureshot to be pouring throughout the afternoon in the Fan Zone, while you can take advantage of our delicious breakfast menu barms and a Full English available, PLUS free tea or coffee with any breakfast menu item!

Our new, permanent club shop will be open inside the Fan Zone, fully stocked with the latest lines of Alty merch, including this season's new home and away shirts.

Security on Matchdays

Working closely with our stewarding team, and in consultation with Greater Manchester Police, we are carrying out screening procedures to prevent potential weapons or prohibited items from entering the ground. These checks are now becoming common practice at football stadiums across the country and are part of our shared responsibility to protect each other.

The introduction of Martyn’s Law (Terrorism Protection of Premises Act 2025) has also placed greater emphasis on the legal duty of venues like ours to assess risks and have robust safety plans in place. While much of this reflects what we already do, it reinforces the need for vigilance and preparation in today’s world.

We completely understand that supporters may sometimes feel these checks go too far. However, we want to be clear: safety will always come first. Our goal is to provide the best possible matchday experience in a safe and welcoming environment for all.
