About Us

Altrincham FC Women is an ambitious, forward-thinking programme dedicated to developing young female players and providing a clear, sustainable pathway into senior football.

Following a landmark 2025/26 season, the club now operates a fully connected structure from Juniors through to First Team. Our pathway is thriving, with the majority of First Team players aged under 18 and progressing directly from within the club.

The First Team achieved a record-breaking FA Cup run and unprecedented attendances. Alongside this, our newly formed Elite U18s squad has already become a crucial stepping stone into senior football.

We are committed to creating a high-energy, player-centred environment that prioritises learning, development and real-game understanding. Coaches within our programme are supported, challenged and given meaningful opportunities to grow.

We are especially passionate about developing coaches who want to gain hands-on experience and progress within the women’s game.
