A product of the Alty academy, Owen spent the 2023/24 season on loan with Wythenshawe Town, Warrington Rylands and Stafford Rangers before signing a new contract in the summer of 2024.

A talented midfield anchor, the 20-year-old as since spent time on loan in the National League North with Alfreton Town.
