ALTY travel to Worcestershire this Good Friday (3pm) as we face Kidderminster Harriers at the Aggborough Stadium in a crucial Vanarama National League clash.

The Robins (6th, 64pts) bounced back from a disappointing defeat to Gateshead with a resounding 4-1 victory against Wealdstone on Tuesday. George Wilson's thumping volley was the pick of the goals as Alty reignited their play-off push in fashion.

Meanwhile, Harriers (22nd, 43pts) picked up their fourth consecutive draw last Saturday as they left Wealdstone's Grosvenor Vale ground with a deserved point. Kiddy have struggled at home during their first season back in the National League, having scored just 18 times en route to four victories in 20 games.

The Gaffer

Ethan Ross is Parky's MOTM: “I thought that Ethan Ross should have got man of the match today, just on that ability to keep us in the game - a similar performance as against Boreham Wood. I'd certainly give (Ethan) the manager's MOTM. It is what a top keeper does when the team is not playing the best, he keeps you in the game and gives you a platform.”

Good Friday clash: “It has always been a tough game at Aggborough Stadium. I thought we were really unlucky the last few times we have been and hopefully our luck can turn this Friday. Phil Brown has got them fighting tooth and nail (to survive relegation) though, and they look to be a different animal to what we have played previously.”

Altrincham 1-1 Kidderminster Harriers (Lewis Banks 28’)

Last October – Lewis Banks’ first goal for Altrincham helped the Robins rally to a point after conceding a shock opener in the second minute to Harriers.

Challenging weather impacted Alty's typically fluid attack and prevented a sixth straight Vanarama National League win in front of a bumper ‘Footy for a Fiver’ crowd at The J. Davidson Stadium.

Away supporters are located in the South Stand and Purple Granite Stand of the ground. Away fans are advised that tickets must be purchased via the online ticketing platform, and cannot be purchased in person at the stadium Box Office. Online tickets are available up to 15 minutes after kick off.

Travel

• Road - Take A56 and A556 to M6 in Cheshire. Follow M6 to Watling St/A5 in Penkridge. Take exit 12 from M6. Take Vincarage Rd, Stafford Rd/A449, Lawn Ln, Barnhurst Ln and A449 to Hoo Rd in Kidderminster.
• Coach - Union Golf Road have organised a coach to Kidderminster. Departure times and booking details can be found here.
• Train - Kidderminster Station (0.5 miles from Aggborough Stadium). Walk down Comberton Hill towards the town centre and take the left turning just before Motorway Tyres near the bottom of the hill. Walk up Hoo Road for approx. half a mile to the stadium.

At the ground

• Matchday programmes are available for purchase for £3.50 from vendors around the ground before the game.
• Hot food and drink are not available at the ground, but outlets are available within a few minutes walk from the ground.
