What is the SRG?

This is a new group that highlights the club’s commitment to collaborate and consult directly with supporters on strategic, off-pitch matters. The group will be tackling everything from matchday operations and ticketing to fan facilities and league-wide governance. The group's scope covers both the men's and women's first teams.

Making a Real Impact

This is a proactive group that is designed to give supporters a direct and meaningful voice in the club's future.

• Regular Engagement: The group will meet at least quarterly.
• Direct Reporting: Representatives will report directly to the Board of Directors through a standing agenda item at Quarterly Board meetings.
• Independence: The group will operate independently, will nominate its own Chair and run its own governance.
• Transparency: An annual report will be published every August to keep everything completely transparent.
• Collaboration: The Club is actively working with Union Golf Road to ensure that the independent supporters' voice is fully supported and represented.

Who We Are Looking For

We want the SRG to reflect the true makeup of our matchday community. We want men and women across all age groups including a season ticket holder, a disabled supporter, an LGBT+ representative, a volunteer and supporters of both our men’s and women’s teams. We welcome applications from across the entire supporter base – for each and every one of you, your perspective is valuable.
