THIS week's update on Joseph's 'No Limits' Challenge features an Alty TV interview with Altrincham FC Community Sports manager, Simon Dow, and a round-up of his fifth week of training.

Joseph's Challenge - Week Five 

Total distance covered: 18k

• A big PB at Wilmslow ParkRun where it was great for Joseph to be joined by close mates Harry and Thomas – completed 5k in 35 mins 40 seconds for a 201st placed finish
• An exciting invitation arrived from the Chair of the FA, Debbie Hewitt, to attend the England v Iceland game at Wembley Stadium next week as her guest!!!
• Took time out from training to say a final goodbye to Jurgen Klopp at the M&S Arena in Liverpool

Fundraising efforts now stand at a magnificent £41,925, which excludes corporate sponsorship.

Don't forget, if you're interested in joining Joseph on his 10^th and final 10k of the 'No Limits' Challenge on September 1^st, entries are open for the Altrincham 10k which goes right past the J.Davidson Stadium.
