WE edge closer to Joseph's Challenge - No Limits - as we enter the month of August, and training continues to be steady for Joseph as he builds towards his European 10k running adventure.

Last weekend he completed his seventh 5k ParkRun in a personal best of just over 35 minutes and he completed his second ever 10k in 1 hour 27 minutes.

Joseph also visited the Manchester office of Houlihan Lokey, the global M&A business and one of his official partners for the Challenge, to deliver a talk to their team.

When asked how he was going to celebrate finishing his tenth 10k of the No Limits challenge on 1 September, quick as a flash he answered "10 beers"! 

He also attended his first game of the season, the 1-1 friendly draw against Salford City at The J.Davidson Stadium.

Joseph was delighted to meet former Oldham Athletic, Aston Villa and England star, Earl Barrett at the game.
