Alty 14+ Supporter Pass: Privacy Notice
Why do we ask for evidence of age?
Altrincham Association Football Club Limited uses your document to check that you are 14 or over before issuing your Supporter Pass. It helps us apply the rule that supporters under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. The pass does not replace your match ticket or confirm a ticket discount.
What happens to your uploaded document?
Once we have completed your age check and resolved any questions about your details, we will delete your uploaded document from the application system. We do not keep it as part of your ongoing supporter record.
What information do we keep?
We keep your name, date of birth, contact details and a record of the check and card issue to administer your pass. Where a parent or guardian applies, we also keep their application contact details. If a name difference needs explaining, we keep only the information needed to record the outcome. Your physical card does not show personal details or a card number.
Who can see your information?
Access is limited to authorised club staff who need it to review applications and administer passes, and service providers that process the information on the club’s behalf. We do not sell your personal information or use this application to sign you up for marketing.
Your information and your choices
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct a mistake, or ask us to delete it. A parent or guardian can help you make a request. We will explain if there is a reason we need to keep any information. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
