This weekend we're celebrating International Women's Day as part of our Enterprise National League matchday against Truro City at The J.Davidson Stadium.

Altrincham FC Women, Altrincham FC Junior Girls and Match Of The Dames will all be in attendance as we shine a light on the impact of women at Altrincham FC and in the wider football community.

At half-time on Saturday members of the Altrincham FC Women's squad who made the incredible run to the Women's FA Cup third round will be doing a lap of honour around the The J.Davidson Stadium, joined by not only our Elite under-18s squad but also players from our junior girls who form part of the burgeoning player pathway.

We'll also be welcoming our friends from the Match Of The Dames initiative to the game. Not only will Saturday's matchday introduce another 20 women to non-league football for the first time, but founder Anne Morris, Alty regular Julie Seddon and Union Golf Road member Angela Moore will be in the Fan Zone from 2:15pm to talk all things non-league football with George Allen.
