Aaron to miss Aldershot game after Wales call-up
Aaron Bennett will miss Altrincham's next home game after being called up by Wales under-19s for their latest round of European Championship fixtures.
The on-loan Preston North End midfielder will be available for the Robins' trip to Dagenham & Redbridge in the Vanarama National League on Saturday.
But he will then link up with the Wales under-19 squad at their team hotel on Sunday and will be away for nine days, meaning he will be out of the reckoning for Alty's game with Aldershot at The J.Davidson Stadium on Saturday, September 24th.
Rob Edwards' Wales side face Hungary in the first of three European Championship qualifiers at Rhyl's Belle Vue Stadium on Wednesday, September 21st, kicking off at 4pm.
They then take on the Republic of Ireland at Llanelian Road, Colwyn Bay on Saturday the 24th (1pm) before rounding off the programme against Gibraltar at Wrexham's Racecourse Ground the following Tuesday, the 27th, at 4pm.
Everyone at Alty wishes Aaron every success representing his country and looks forward to welcoming him back to The J.Davidson Stadium after his stint on international duty.
